Uncover Hidden Health Issues: Essential Blood Tests

If all of your blood work comes back as normal, you may have to search even deeper. For example, different kinds of tick borne diseases, different types of bacteria, viruses, or parasite infections. It would be a good idea to have blood drawn for inflammation in your body as well. Inflammation is like your body is on fire!

A parathyroid problem often gets misdiagnosed as a thyroid issue, so you may want to double-check that. You may want to get your vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels checked, too. Mold exposure can be problematic, and there are tests for this as well if you think you have been exposed. Unfortunately, thyroid problems get misdiagnosed often, and that’s why a full panel is important. This may be a good start to getting some answers.

#4 Lyme’s Disease

(Other than Lyme’s there are approx 18 known tick-borne infectious pathogens which cause over 20 different tick-borne diseases. These are the most common, Anaplasmosis, Babesiosis, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, Powassan virus disease, Ehrlichiosis, Tularemia, Borrelia miyamotoi, Colorado tick fever, Heartland virus disease, Bourbon virus disease, Alpha – gal syndrome (AGS). Borrelia burgdorferi specifically causes Lyme disease. The Lyme’s test specifically detects for these antibodies only. You will have to ask your doctor to run specific tests for each possible disease. One tick can transmit several microorganisms. These can be bacterial and parasitic! Just because you may be clear from Lyme’s disease does not mean you may not have another kind.)
